Description
Place du Pont Neuf, Paris, by Gabriel Perelle, 17th century. Le Pont Neuf, meaning New Bridge, is now the oldest bridge in Paris. Other than its relative age compared to other bridges, it has not undergone any dramatic changes since this print was made and many of the buildings visible in the background (including the Louvre Palace on the right) still exist.
